Any client data, information collected online via this site or in person at WBLab or in WBLab digital and live conversation is strictly confidential and shall not be revealed to any person or entity except as expressly directed by WBLab and in agreement with you, the client, or as may be required by law.  

SERVICE POLICY

Booking  Services are listed in detail online at www.jackieshawn.com/services. Less detail is noted on www.jackieshawn.com/bookasession scheduling system.

Payment  WBLab accepts online PAYPAL via www.jackieshawn.com/bookasession. Payment must be received and confirmed before any session begins. Refund administered via PAYPAL. 

Cancellation/Refund  To cancel an appointment go to www.jackie@jackieshawn.com/connect online via email. Cancellation must be received before cut-off time indicated. No refund - 24 hours in advance of session start time; 50% refund - 48 hours in advance of session start time; full refund - more than 48 hours in advance of session start time.

Special offer  An APPRECIATION BONUS is a specific amount deducted from your service fee before taxes. Only one granted per booking.
